Good idea, Gary. Anyone wanting to get a room in town should look into quickly because that's still during the big tourist season in Cloudcroft.

I just signed up. Still not sure I can make it but I did book a room at the Dusty Boots hotel as well.

I will cook breakfast in my RV for the group. Fun to do for me.

Cloudcroft Camp and Ride, Aug 11-13, 2023

We're looking forward to another great camping experience with a great variety of rides and activities available in the area in mid-August at our favorite spot--the Lower Fir Group Camping Site--a mile out of Cloudcroft. There are numerous camping sites (over 50) and RV locations (plan on dry camping in an RV) plus a huge canopy area for congregating, telling tires and kicking lies as well as communal eating. If we have enough volunteers, we may repeat our Saturday morning burrito feast. Stay tuned for more details.

For the non-campers among us, there a number of motels and hotels in town. Just do an iternet search to find your perfect place to lay your head indoors. Do it soon because this is a popular time of year in the Cloudcroft area--a lot of our Texas neighbors love this location when it's hotter than Hades back home!

RSVPs are now available. GO HERE TO RSVP!
