I was just reminded that the Motorado in Eldorado (just east of Santa Fe off I-25) will start at 10 am this Sunday, so it would be a great day to start off with breakfast at Vic's at 8 am, then head to Eldorado in time to check out all the vintage bikes. Since 1998, they have been dedicated to using the best and freshest ingredients in preparing their food, while providing great service.
