Land of Enchantment Ice Cream Ride

If you have never gone before, it has been a nice weekend getaway for the club in years  past, also known as, "the Ice Cream ride." The club has the rooms blocked off for the weekend so if you want to attend, you MUST call the Lodge to make your reservations.  
We will have the use of the kitchen at the Lodge, so Chez Carlos is working on the menu for Friday and Saturday. If you are interested in helping out in the kitchen, in any fashion, let me know.

The Club will be providing the Friday and Saturday evening meals, and there will be a vegetarian option .
